Aventa Assist

We take care of all patient billing and financial assistance issues. If your patients have any questions, please have them contact us.

We accept patients with Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance plans with out-of-network benefits.

For patients with traditional Medicare or Medicaid coverage, there will be no cost to the patient.

For patients with Medicare Advantage plans or commercial insurance, the Aventa Assist program offers programs to help patients whose costs for Aventa tests are not fully covered. These programs include:

• Financial assistance for those with demonstrated financial need

• Customized payment plans tailored to specific financial circumstances

Through the Aventa Assist program, most patients pay $100 or less – many pay $0.

If patients receive an explanation of benefits (EOB) from their insurer, they should know this is NOT A BILL. We will work with them to understand their options once a bill is issued, their claim has been finalized and any necessary appeals have been resolved.
