The Aventa FusionPlus test is reimbursed by Medicare and we accept patients with commercial insurance with out-of-network benefits.

Aventa Assist offers programs to help patients whose costs for Aventa tests are not fully covered by insurance. These programs include:

Financial assistance for those with demonstrated financial need
Customized payment plans tailored to specific financial circumstances

If patients receive an explanation of benefits (EOB) from their insurer, they should know this is NOT A BILL. We will work with them to understand their options once a bill is issued, their claim has been finalized and any necessary appeals have been resolved.
